PTA supports our school community including parents/guardians, teachers/staff, and our students. McLaughlin Strickland PTA provides programs and activities for our students and advocates for your learners. Being a member of PTA does not mean you are required to volunteer.

PROGRAMS:

Trunk or Treat, Turkey Trot, Reflections Contest

MEMBERSHIP AWARDS:

Head Start (75% of prior year membership in August)

Early Bird (100% of prior year membership in September)

Snappy Increase (More than 100% in October)

Golden Apple (100% full time faculty in November)

FUNDRAISING:

Turkey Trot festive wear, Holiday festive wear, Popcorn at PTA meetings and school events

VOLUNTEERS:

48 volunteers have assisted with Meet the Teacher, Fall Book Fair, Trunk or Treat, Hispanic Heritage Performance, Veteran's Day Performance, Turkey Trot, and Holiday Performance.
