Welcome to McLaughlin Strickland Elementary!
We proudly serve a campus of over 700 students through a variety of Special Programs. Our campus currently offers full day Pre-K, a One-Way Dual Bilingual Program, and is a Spark STEM Academy.
At McLaughlin Strickland Elementary, all students learn the concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math in core classes and Specials. Students learn the Engineering Design Process through a curriculum called Engineering is Elementary. Students also learn coding concepts using VEX GO and VEX IQ robots. McLaughlin Strickland STEM Academy teaches students the skills of teamwork, cooperation, listening, perseverance, and problem solving through 21st century skills and Digital Citizenship.
